1、 Instrument IntroductionExecution standard: Environmental Protection Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China "HJ/T398-2007" "Determination of Blackness of Flue Gas Emissions from Fixed Pollution Sources - Ringman Smoke Blackness Chart Method"
By comparing the smoke color at the outlet of the emission source with the Ringman smoke concentration map, when a certain exhaust color is close to a color block, it is considered that the smoke concentration is consistent with the blackness level of that color block. It makes the testing of smoke blackness fast and easy, while ensuring the accuracy of monitoring work. Therefore, this product can be widely used in the determination of smoke blackness by environmental protection departments and industrial and mining enterprises in various regions. By measuring the blackness of flue gas, the degree of air pollution caused by flue gas emissions and the utilization rate of fuel combustion can be analyzed, providing effective monitoring methods for environmental management and energy conservation. This product can be placed on a tripod for observation or handheld use.
The Ringelmann smoke concentration map was proposed by Ringelmann in late 19th century France. This method involves placing the image in an appropriate position, comparing the blackness of the image with the blackness (or opacity) of the smoke, and evaluating it visually. There are various specifications of Lingman diagram, and our company prints it in a universal standard form, which consists of six small pieces with different blackness of 14cm × 21cm. Except for the two pieces that are all white and all black, the other four pieces have black stripes of different widths drawn on a white background. Divided into Ringman series from 0 to 5 based on the percentage of the area occupied by the black bars in the entire block. Level 0 is all white, Level 5 is all black, Level 1 is black stripes occupying 20% of the entire area, Level 2 occupies 40%, and so on, as shown in the figure.
